It’s pedigree chimp as abandoned ape joins pups

THIS pack of peckish puppies have an unusual prime-mate — as they tuck into their dinner alongside a CHIMP.

The ape was abandoned by her mum in a zoo and taken in by a keeper who owned a female mastiff.

And when his dog gave birth to a litter she raised the chimp as her own.

The nappy-wearing ape even shares a bed with the pack, in pics posted on a blog in Russia.

Experts say dogs are usually scared of primates — because their behaviour is so unpredictable.

But this cheeky ape fits right in with her pedigree chums — so it looks as if everything’s worked out chimply perfectly…
