New lens: Canon EF 50mm f1.8

I went out to test my new Canon EF 50mm f1.8 lens, although new is hardly the word: it first came out in 1991. For £64, I wasn’t expecting miracles, but the reviews had been good and I quietly hoped I may have got a bargain. Here are some of the images I took around Battersea, south-west London.
